“We built a house with Todd Longwell, which was completed in June of 2004. We had a wonderful experience working with Todd. We spent many hours on the design of the house. Todd was able to look at the house plan, listen to our ideas and then, using his architectural knowledge, was able to show us how it could be done (or sometimes explain why it couldn’t be done). Todd patiently listened to our ideas and we were able to come up with some innovative uses of space in our new home. Todd was very comfortable with trying different products in our house. We used radiant floor heating under our tile and also to heat our finished basement. We used Ipe (hardwood) for our deck, which required an unusual method of installation. We were very particular about many features, materials, etc. and Todd worked with us to help achieve our dream house. We would highly recommend working with A.D. Longwell. If we decided to build again, we would not consider anyone else.” |
